·         To create a 10 minutes “canned” presentation for everyone to use

·         1/14/12 (tentatively) Local Public Health system Assessment Orientation meeting

·         Bartlett Regional Hospital medical staff meeting, board of directors

·         SEARHC

·         AWARE/Juneau violence prevention task force

·         Mental Health Trust/Mental Health board

We need your input!       

·         Please review the attached community health profile and send me 3 community health indicators that are important to you, your organization, and our community by 12/2/11.

·         Erin and Masayo will be creating a short presentation to share with you by 12/9/11.

·         Please review the attached community themes and strengths report and send your input to me as well.

·         We will be sending you a final Juneau asset mapping via email soon and please review it and send your input to us as well.

Next and our last CHSA/CTSA subcommittee meeting – 1/30/12 1:30pm-2:30pm at Juneau Public Health Center 1F conference room
